About the Role:
Tech Safety Lines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to deliver hands-on safety and technical training to workers across a variety of industries, including wind energy, oil & gas, and construction. This role combines classroom instruction with real-world simulations using TSL’s patented rescue equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging, high-quality training sessions for clients and partners
• Demonstrate safe use of rescue and fall protection equipment
• Travel to client sites and support training programs domestically and internationally

Qualifications:

• Safety training experience preferred (fire service, military, wind, oil & gas, etc.)
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Comfortable with occasional travel
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and a team player

Bonus if you have:

• GWO Instructor, SPRAT/IRATA, or other certifications
• Major Component Exchange experience
• Crane rigging and signaling experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
