About the Role:
Tech Safety Lines is seeking an experienced Rope Access Trainer (IRATA/SPRAT) to join our training team in Dallas. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching, excels in technical rescue environments, and wants to work with a global leader in fall protection and rescue solutions.
As part of our team, you will deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on simulations using TSL’s patented rescue equipment. You’ll train technicians from industries such as wind energy, oil & gas, utilities, construction, and telecom—helping ensure workers go home safe every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training in rope access, fall protection, and rescue techniques
- Lead practical demonstrations using TSL’s rescue systems and equipment
- Support training programs at TSL’s Dallas training center and at client sites domestically and internationally
- Provide clear, safety-focused instruction to diverse groups of students
- Maintain accurate training records and uphold TSL’s training standards
Required Qualifications:
- Current SPRAT or IRATA certification (Level II or III preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in rope access, rescue, or high-angle operations
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for client-site training
- Dependable, safety-focused, and highly professional
