Basket Rigging, Inspection, and Operation

This course provides comprehensive training on the safe assembly, inspection, and operation of 2-meter baskets commonly used in suspended platform work. Participants will gain hands-on experience working with an actual basket that can be suspended and lowered, practicing controlled descents, proper rigging, and adherence to industry safety standards.

Through a combination of classroom instruction and practical exercises, the course covers essential topics, including relevant OSHA 1910 and ANSI regulations, company-specific operational protocols (on request), and required documentation for compliance.

Tech Safety Lines is an SAIA Accredited Training Institute and our instructors are industry veterans and SAIA certified. 

General PPE and Personal Fall Protection Equipment

Recertification Requirements:
To maintain certification, participants must complete recertification every two years.

This training equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure safety and efficiency when working with 2-meter baskets in suspended platform environments.
