Program Overview

The Enhanced Emergency Care (EEC) program is a scenario-driven medical response course designed to prepare personnel to manage injuries and emergencies in high-risk and remote environments. EEC develops the ability to recognize life-threatening conditions, act decisively, and deliver structured care at the point of incident. It equips personnel to stabilize casualties and manage incidents effectively until higher-level care is available.

Immediate Intervention: Rapid assessment, bleeding control, airway management, CPR/AED

Medical Management: Shock treatment, wound care, and equipment application

Assessment & Monitoring: Structured secondary survey and continuous reassessment

Emergency Response: Trauma, burns, environmental exposure, and electrical injuries

Communication & Decision-Making: SBAR / MIST and escalation pathways

Human Factors: Composure under pressure and psychological first aid

Performance-based training including demonstrations, hands-on practicals, scenario-based exercises, and continuous evaluation.
