Rescue I Training: Window Cleaning
Designed for those in the window cleaning industry, the Rescue I Training curriculum concentrates on the various uses and applications of self-rescue and assisted rescue equipment. The greater portion of the class is held on an elevated structure. After becoming comfortable with the simple processes used with the equipment, the students will perform and participate in several simulated rescue scenarios.

Each student must have appropriate PPE, including a full body harness, fall arrest lanyard and any personal fall protection devices normally used.
All Tech Safety Lines rescue and safety training programs meet or exceed OSHA and ANSI Z359.2-2017 regulations and safety standards.
Course Duration: 2 or 3 days (dependent upon on the rescue equipment)
Class Size: maximum 6 students per instructor
Prerequisite: Competent Climber certification or its equivalent

Each student will learn efficient deployment methods and effective kit preparation in order to be rescue-ready in the event of an emergency. Basic fall protection principles, climbing techniques, and pre-rescue readiness are explained and demonstrated. Other course objectives include:

- Equipment care & maintenance
After becoming comfortable with the simple processes used with the equipment, the students will perform and participate in several simulated rescue scenarios.

- Pick-offs
- Self-rescue/refuge
- Other challenging drills

We offer a recertification course for those with an expired wallet card.

Designed for the window cleaning industry, the Evacuation & Self-Rescue Training course concentrates on the various usages of the SRK-15® (ANSI and CE certified Kit) for the use in an event of an emergency.
Controlled Descent Training

This class is taught by members of the statewide Urban Search & Rescue teams, all of which are either currently or have served as an EMT-Paramedic in Dallas.
