The Instructor Qualification Training (IQT) program is designed to prepare future instructors to effectively deliver training rooted in the principles of adult education. This course focuses on developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to engage adult learners in a structured and safe learning environment.

Upon successful completion of the GWO IQT program, participants will be able to:

Confidently plan and lead instructor-led training sessions, while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants.

Select appropriate instructional strategies and assessment methods that reflect the needs and learning styles of adult learners. (Knowledge – Advanced Level)

Implement a variety of teaching techniques and structured activities that align with adult learning principles to support effective knowledge transfer. (Skills – Intermediate Level)

Evaluate participants’ progress and performance using measurable training objectives and learning outcomes. (Knowledge – Advanced Level)
