Instructor Qualification Crossover Training (IQTX) 3-Day Program
The Instructor Qualification Crossover (IQTX) course is designed for experienced GWO instructors seeking to align their instructional approach with the latest standards in adult education and the GWO Taxonomy Framework. GWO Instructors must have a minimum of 1000 hours of teaching GWO modules, or similar. This program enhances their understanding of the GWO Instructor Qualification Standard and reinforces the integration of adult learning principles into their training sessions.
Upon successful completion, participants will be able to:
- Effectively apply adult learning methodologies when delivering GWO-certified training
- Align their instruction with the GWO Taxonomy Framework to support consistent, high-quality learning outcomes

Course Duration: 3 Days
Target Audience: Aspiring instructors with no former vocational teaching experience
Validation: The Instructor Qualification Training Module and Instructor Qualification Crossover Training Module are enduring qualifications and therefore a validity period does not apply.
Pre-Requisite: Participants on the IQTX must be current GWO instructors with a minimum of 1000 hours of teaching GWO modules, or similar.
Furthermore, before joining the IQTX training, the participants must have familiarized themselves with the GWO Taxonomy Framework and further relevant learning theory as outlined in the joining instructions.
